One technician, one van, one phone that kept ringing
Upfix Appliance started the way most good service companies start — with a single technician, a van full of parts and a phone number that people kept passing along. More than five years later we are a team of technicians covering different parts of Central Florida, and the reason is not complicated: we fix the appliance, we explain what actually failed, and we charge what we quoted.
The work itself is not glamorous and we like it that way. A refrigerator that stops cooling on a Friday afternoon is not a minor inconvenience — it is a weekend of spoiled groceries and a family eating out three nights in a row. A dryer that stops heating in August in Florida is its own kind of emergency. Our job is to make that problem disappear quickly, to tell you honestly when a repair costs more than the appliance is worth, and to get your kitchen and laundry room back to normal.
We have grown by learning and adapting, one household at a time. That is still how we do it.
