What to expect when you get in touch

What should I have ready when I call?
The brand, the model number and a short description of what the appliance is doing. The model number is usually on a sticker inside the door, behind the drawer or on the back panel. With those three things we can often tell you on the phone whether the part is on the van.
How much does the visit cost?
A flat $79 diagnostic covers the trip, the inspection and a full diagnosis. If you approve the repair, that $79 comes off the total. There is no separate trip charge and no hourly meter — you get a written price before any work starts.
How soon can someone come out?
Book before noon and most Orlando jobs are completed the same day. Refrigerators and freezers are routed first, because a warm fridge is a food-loss clock. If a part has to be ordered, expect one to three days — and we tell you which one it is on the first visit.
Do you work with vacation rentals and property managers?
Yes. We schedule between check-out and check-in, work from a lockbox or keypad so nobody has to be there, coordinate directly with your guest or cleaner, and consolidate invoicing across properties. Mention how many units you manage when you book and we will route you to the priority line.
